Plain/transparent and “frame” backgrounds are free

Currently cannot do complex backgrounds (environments, foliage, etc.)

Commercial work is subjected to up to 8x the total order cost. Rights and permissions will be negotiated pending a £150 non-refundable deposit

You are not to run my work through AI platforms

I have a right to deny any request I feel uncomfortable carrying out

Payment (100% Upfront or split into 2-4 if total is above £100):

I take PayPal (Will send an invoice, have an email prepared)

I will not start until I receive at least 50% payment. Turnaround time is usually 1-2 months, maybe shorter than that

If I’m past the sketching stage of your commission then you will only be refunded 20% of the total order cost if anything goes wrong, and nothing if you omit important details until the last second

If you see any changes in prices or terms here after you have paid for your commission, the previous prices still apply to yours and you will not need to pay for the difference or worry about what changed
